PrettyFaces should allow definition of the "pretty:" prefix #47

Define the prefix in pretty-config.xml

"go:" should be a suitable default in addition to "pretty:" for backwards 
compatibility.

"pretty:" should be marked as deprecated and phased out over several releases.
