Need to document new location of MessagesListener class #56

the package name has changed. Try using:

  com.ocpsoft.pretty.faces.event.MultiPageMessagesSupport

This should definitively be mentioned in the documentation.

I added a new section "Updating Notes" to the documentation containing a few 
words on this..
