Add support for drawing a chart from a data subset (specific columns or rows) #3

Essentially this would be the ability to choose which columns/rows are used
to draw the chart, for example, if you'd like Visualize to use all but the
Summary row that contains total sales values.

I've customised some code to do this already. Basically my code puts checkboxes 
next
to row and column headers which when selected add the columns/rows to a hidden
duplicate table which is used to render the graph. Probably not the most ideal
method, but it works for me.
