Stacked bar graph for Visualize #74

I am personally a big fan of stacked bar graphs.  They may be more appropriate 
than grouped bars in cases where someone is trying to visualize a series of 
totals made up of composite parts.

I've attached my patch that includes a new variable for y-axis labels 
(ystackedLabels), a new chart type (stackedbar), and new option 
(stackedbarMargin).

stacked bar shouldn't be used with negative numbers.
