Regarding predictions submission #42

I see the rules say I need to submit files in .nii format. I used .tif (converted .nii to .tif) to run 2D U-net to generate prediction scores. Is it possible to submit .tif based test predictions inasted of .nii?

The Docker evaluation container has not been tested with anything other than .nii files. It would be best if you could convert back to .nii
