Same as previous PR #26 but cherry picked to exclude different PR (the base of the previous PR was badly chosen)

To do:

[x] Add to mutations dict
[x] Add gene/position/frame of insertions: 21992GCC (S:144/1)
[x] Add frame shifts
[x] Separate frame shifts into separate label
[ ] Refactor code
