fix treetime import #25

import treeanc did no longer work as "treeanc" was changed to "TreeAnc" in treetime. sf_gain_loss step should work again now.

thanks. Franz (and sorry about the delay). Which treetime version did you test this with? I'll look into it next week.

I found this issue in a newly installed conda panX environment. So treetime has been installed via conda. treetime -h does not show the version number. Is there a way to see the treetime version in the conda environment? My guess would be that the treetime version is either 0.5.5 or 0.5.6.
