Support for same EP/GP on many characters(alts). #312

It would be good to make people, that have many rading characters on one
account to have the same EP and GP values on all their chars at once.
So when such character gains EP or GP, these points should be given to all
chars. This could be handy, when someone helps a raid with his alt or just
bored with one character and wants to play with another wihout loosing all
his efforts.
Officer note could be used to store the name of the main character nickname
for all alt characters.

This is already in place. Check 
http://code.google.com/p/epgp/wiki/Configuration, you probably missed it.
