Alt list grows indefinitely

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the EPGP window
2. thats
3. it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When you hover over a name, and its supposed to list the alts, it looks
like theres an infinite loop - it lists the alts over and over until the
tooltip is too big for the screen.  As long as the window is open, this
causes the whole WOW client to lock up for 5 seconds at a time.

What version of the product are you using? What other addons do you have
installed and what versions?

This is not a dup of 314 it seems. The delay is still there after each 
GUILD_ROSTER_UPDATE.
