player alts are looping #317

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. define a player's officer note as another player's name
2. hover over persons name in epgp
3. notice endless list of that player's alt's repeating

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

only each alt listed once

What version of the product are you using? What other addons do you have
installed and what versions?

latest from wowmatrix: 5.2-beta0 (mon feb 23)
