Too many rows displayed in the window

The new location of the EPGP guild member count is not very functional. If
you have more than 20 members in your EPGP system (which most will), then
the guild member count sits "on top" of the member data making both unreadable.

The guild member count could be moved to several other spots around the
EPGP frame and I quickly highlighted two candidate locations in the
attached screenshot. I think it's most important to get the data out into a
clean territory where it can be read and less important of the specific
location so long as it is readable.

This is bizarre. It definitely does not look like this on my machine. I 
understand the window resizes itself after 
the first draw on the screen but I am unsure why. In any case I will just 
remove the hack I added to fill in the 
rows and live with 1 less row for my machine.
