Add a export personal action log feature #357

I would like to be able to export the personal action log so that I can
paste it in a forum so our guildies can see exactly when we added EP and
GP. Headcount and EPGP Lootmaster provides this information for GP, but we
give bonus EP for various reasons and there is no accounting for that. If I
could export my Personal Action log and post it, everyone would be happy.
