Unable to use automatic boss tracking

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable "automatic boss tracking"
2.Kill a boss
3.Enter EP into box

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After killing a box I expect that I would be able to enter the EP into the
popup box and click "Accept".

However what happens is that when I put any number in the popup the
'Accept' button enables and goes red for a fraction of a second before
going grey and disabled again, no longer allowing me to use the popup for
automatic boss kills.

Not sure if this also affects automatic loot tracking as I do not have that
option enabled (using EPGPLootMaster instead)

This is a new problem I only started to see occur in version 5.4.1

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?
Using version 5.4.1 of the en client.  Many other addons, but no new ones
since using the previous version that worked.  Of note though is that I am
using EPGPLootMaster.
