EPGP Lua error, entering Instance

Once in the middle of the raid, uppon entering instance (The Obsidian 
Sanctum) this error popped up and EPGP asked to resume recurring EP award.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I can't actually reproduce it, it's more like a random fault. Happened 
just once.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything was fine, I expect nothing.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?
5.4.1, ru

I probably need to look at what events are used when you zone in an instance 
and start/stop the recurring ticker 
accordingly.
