During raids if EPGP is opened an LUA Error will occur every time it is opened and the list is unable to be sorted by any category, PR, EP, GP. #403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Being in a (full?) raid and inside an instance
2. Every time EPGP window is opened.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see our EPGP for every member but it is unable to be sorted by any category

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions? 5.4.4, EN Client, Xperl, Questhelper, EPGPLootmaster, BigWigs,
Cartographer, Bartender, Power Auras, Recount, WIM, Grim reaper, Tom Tom,
Postal, Omen, Atlas, Atlas Loot, Dr. Damage, Ratings Buster, Auctioneer.
All of my addons are latest versions out as of 4/18/09

I'll get the LUA Error when I can. I decided to create this post after our
raid was done and silly me forgot to Copy and Paste it when it happened.

I attempted to reproduce the error with just 1 other person in my party and
in an instance but it didn't work. It only reproduces when it's a full raid.

I found the LUA Error from a previous day when it happened. I'm pretty sure 
this is
the same error.

I made a mistake above, I put 5.4.4 instead of 5.4.2.

5.4.2 was the version I was using when this error happened.

Another guildy that had 5.4.4 was getting the same error so I know it's not 
because
of my old version.

This was another LUA Error. For some reason the LUA error is different from the 
one
above but it caused the same problem.

Can you open the config and click on List Errors?

All of the Errors that come up when List Errors is clicked on is Officer Note 
Errors.

My guild adds "Not Raid" to the people that are not raiding so it doesn't show 
up on
our EPGP List. But that's about it.

Those are the only errors the ListErrors outputs :-)

Maybe that's the problem. I will look into it.

Another thing, when the Error occured I clicked on the button Show Everyone and 
only
1 person in our raid had the Check Mark next to them. And I was still unable to 
sort
by any category and everyone is in a random order.

Could it be because of that 1 person?

Somehow your LibGuildStorage gets messed up. I changed some members in my test 
guild with "Not raid" in 
their officer notes and everything works fine. Can you click List Errors and 
post a screenshot here in the bug 
report?

Well EPGP works perfectly fine when I'm not in a full raid and in an instance. 
It
works fine anywhere else.

These Invalid Officers have been there for a long time. This error only began
happening post-3.1 Patch.

This is really weird indeed. Just to understand exactly how you can get this 
error:

- make a raid (with 25 people?)
- open epgp -> works fine
- close epgp
- enter an instance
- open epgp -> fail

Is that right?

That's about it. And sometimes at random EPGP won't work outside of an 
Instance, but
it's random. It causes the error every now and then outside an instance with a 
raid
of 25 people and happens all the time inside an instance with a raid with 25 
people.

Can you do a small test for me? Disable all addons except EPGP and see if that 
changed anything.

Yes sir. I'm going back into a raid tomorrow and I'll definitely try it out for 
you.

Also, whenever I open my /epgp config my TomTom causes an Error. TomTom could 
be the
problem but I'll see tomorrow.

Sorry I've been busy. The day that I was suppose to raid we did a 10 man. EPGP 
worked
fine in 10 mans and had zero problems. We were suppose to do a 25 man today but 
our
raid leader canceled it.

So I've hadn't had the chance to test this out in a 25 man since I posted the
problem. I'll try and get in to a 25 man this week and give you an update.

I got the problem to come up. I think I found out the problem. This problem only
seems to occur when our guildy Guidosarduci is in the raid.

Any other time it doesn't happen.

You probably have a cycle of alts:

A is an alt of B, B is an alt of C and C is an alt of A.

Sorry. I've been busy like usual. What had happened was Guido's Officer Note 
had his
Main in it but his Main was under level 80, so EPGP didn't show it and caused 
EPGP to
bug out.

You can remove this defect from the list =P. It was just a stupid mistake on my 
part
and I should have realized it before.

Nothing in EPGP is checking on levels. In fact most of EPGP testing happens in a
guild with level 1s. This issue is very similar to issue 305 I want to get to 
the
bottom of it. What where the contents of the officer note of Guidosarduci and 
his main?

Hmmm..Guido's note was his Main but his main was a level 76. His main didn't 
have an
Officer Note.
