T8 token items: Added them in for my guild, providing updated LibGearPoints-1.0.lua to you

All I did is to add T8 and T8 token items to the LibGearPoints-1.0.lua
file. Since my guild started raiding Ulduar, getting proper GP value for T8
tokens was an issue. 

Added them in the same format than the others, making sure they all have
proper item IDs, level and slot.
