Getting 2 "Charge GP" windows for every piece of loot #445

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Master loot an item to someone
2. Charge them the GP
3. Wait 0-2 seconds and a second Charge GP window will open up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should not be a second GP window popping up. After charging GP (I 
verify its charged by the printed note in officer chat) I should just be 
able to go on my merry way.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?

The newest version I got from Curse on 6/24/09. English version.

This should be fixed in 5.4.12 which mackatack released today.
