Recurring award not broadcasting to custom channel.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Begin a raid, and start reoccuring EPGP.  
2) Notice that EPGP is correctly broadcasting all actions, automatic and 
manually done over the correct custom channel.
3) Either Wipe, or Zone change..  Not sure which is causing it
4) Notice that EPGP still correctly announces actions done manually on its 
custom channel
5) Notice that EPGP is not announcing the automatic EP awards on the 
specific channel, although it is still awarding.   

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see recurring EP transactions announced.

What version of the product are you using? 
EPGP 5.5, and most recent version of Lootmaster.  There are many other 
addons, but this has only become an issue after EPGP was changed.

Please provide any additional information below.
I was not running EPGP on the raid last night, so do not know all of the 
details.  I was in the raid however and saw the EP was being awarded on 
its recurring schedule for all members in the raid at once without it 
announcing, as well as the manual actions being announced.
