Should be able to choose where standby whisper instructions go

In our guild we like to pipe everything to do with raids, or at least
having to do with EP, into a custom channel.  That includes where the
standby whisper instructions are posted.  While I see the advantage of
putting it in the guild channel I think this should be an option (whether
it is a simple checkbox to post it in guild, or being able to independently
choose what channel the instructions go to)

Also, and I just thought of this now, if you add an option for the channel, 
perhaps
you could also add a box or something to enable it at all (for those who might 
not
want or care to show the instructions for whatever reason)
