EPGP.lua file not updated

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 3 of the 4 officers who award EP do not have their EPGP.lua file 
updated.  As we are currently unable to do anything but screenshot the log 
file in-game, we are having to manually create log transactions for 
reporting to the guild, rather than parsing and then importing into excel 
from the epgp.lua file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  We expect to see a 
transaction for each EP award, and GP change for raids since July 27th; 
none of these transactions are in the EPGP.lua file.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?

If you could permit us to copy and paste the actual in-game log file, 
similar to how it is done in headcount, we wouldn't care what was in the 
epgp.lua file and wouldn't need to parse it in order to report 
transactions.

This is not about web integration.  We need to be able to create transactions 
for 
all EP awarded and GP used and, currently, you have no format which we can use 
to 
import.  As a result, we do a horrid parse on the epgp.lua file (please tell me 
how 
to convert the ID numbers into a date, it would save the large amount of time 
to 
just figure out where to parse the file for a specific raid) and this is our 
only 
way of confirming the correct EP was awarded for the correct amounts.  Since we 
have 
so many officers who are unable to write to the epgp.lua file, we have no idea 
what 
happened in raid and our EP is all over the place.  I am having to try to dummy 
up 
EP and GP amounts by using our headcount files (which at least can be imported 
without change into excel) and, if i ever finish (we have about 12 raids a 
week, 3 
of which are 25 man and we cannot stop raiding because epgp doesn't work), we 
are 
going to have to make a lot of correction entries to bring the EP to where we 
think 
it needs to be.  Unfortunately, only 1 officer's epgp works and he can't be in 
all 
the groups in order to record it :(

I do not understand how this answers my question:

"Are these transactions in his personal log when he opens it in game?"

In other words, whatever he does in game (award EP, credit GP), does he see it 
in his 
personal log?
