ilvl tooltip for custom GP items #487

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Observe the tooltip of items using the custom GP values (tier tokens 
etc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EPGP ilvl tooltip should display for the tokens that match the relevant 
ilvl of the item they purchase.  However in a recent change 
(http://code.google.com/p/epgp/issues/detail?id=484) ilvls were removed 
from EPGP tooltips because they were added to the default blizzard 
tooltips.  This however does not show for tokens, which often have an 
itemlevel of 80 or 1.  Could it be possible to show the old EPGP ilvl 
tooltip on tier tokens, quest items etc that use the LibGearPoints 
CUSTOM_ITEM_DATA?

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?

Is this even valid for Cataclysm? Chip you know this stuff better than I do.
