Could you support a Friend who is not Guild Member? #506

This issue is not defect.

In Korea, a meaning of Guild is friend-ship not only for Raid.
But, EPGP supports only for guild.
so, If there is not a guild member in raid, I cannot use EPGP addon.

I like EPGP system, cause that`s too resonable and easy to use.
how about support friends like guild members?

EPGP system is using guild message. and there is "Friend Notes".
I think it can be supported.

This is not as simple. Friend Notes are only visible to you. Officer Notes are 
visible 
to everyone. There is a big difference.
