Award Enters Infinite Loop If Officer Note Set to Self.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Assuming Main:Archie and Alt:Finn set up correctly (Officer note of 
Archie contains ep,gp - note of Finn contains Archie).

2. After request from guildy to switch the main to alt enter Finn into 
officer note of Archie and Finn into officer note of Finn (correct thing 
to do here would be to paste ep,gp into officer note of Finn ofc).

3. Put together a raid containing Finn and make an award (timed or 
otherwise).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect: EP to be awarded and an error message referncing the incorrectly 
configured officer note of Finn.
Instead: An infinite loop begins repeeatdly awarding the defined amount to 
everyone in the raid and an error message regarding Finn.

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?
