Option to override extras_p for single awards #515

Would love to see a feature to disable EP awards to people on standby.  We 
award EP for speedy recovery to people in rai and people on standby should 
not get the ep award for that.

Is this a possible future feature to have a checkbox for standby so when 
it is checked stanby people get the half ep award and when not checked 
they do not?

I'm not sure if I wrote this correctly.  It would be nice at the time
of a mass non recurring award to be able to set a switch on or off to
allow ep to be awarded to standby, rather than editing the global
standby config.

For example, we have standby set to 50% for recurring ep as well as
boss kills.  We also then have a non recurring award for fast post-
wipe recovery time.  Since the people on standby are not in the raid
and had nothing to do with the fast recovery, it would be nice to
ghave a checkbox that can be unchecked so people on standby do not get
the ep for the fast recovery.. just an example.
