using epgp lootmaster - could not give loot to boe blacksmith pattern #516

It was weird the other night, we had a blacksmith pattern drop that was
BoE.  We couldn't give the pattern to our blacksmith, saying something
about not being eligible.

If we logged off and disable the addons, we were able to give the pattern
to the blacksmith.  Of course that required a relog to turn them back on.

Happened in ToC25man.

Issue appears to be with EPGP Lootmaster, not EPGP.
