epgp.lua line 789: table index is nil

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. type in "/epgp" to bring up epgp window
2. error occurs as shown below
3. EPGP values can be awarded but no chat info gets posted, i.e. no
feedback except changing numbers in EPGP values

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This sort of behavior has happend a lot in past versions, always to be
fixed within one or two updates.  Possibly this is the same problem
creeping back in on updates?  Of course it could be a new thing every time,
but an error message with then no feedback on awards has happend a lot in
past versions.
