Mass EP award does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I updated epgp to 5.5.6
2.Click on 'Mass EP Award'
3.Choose a reason (no matter if other or a preset) and an EP value
4.Click 'Award EP' (same for recurring, the timer starts and resets correctly)

What is the expected output?
EP should be given to raid members
What do you see instead?
The EP values of raid members do not change

What version of the product are you using? What locale is your client (en,
ru, kr, ch, es, tw)? What other addons do you have installed and what
versions?
I use epgp 5.5.6, I use the enGB version of the WoW client.

As I wrote above, the EP values are simply not awarded ever since I update
epgp to 5.5.6. I asked another raid member (who also has the right to edit
officer notes) to try but he had the same problem (with the same epgp version).
When I try to award recurring EP awards, the timer counts down and resets
in a correct manner, but also here the EP are not awarded. Announcement to
a custom channel is activated but the announcement does not appear as well.

EP awards to single guild members DO work.
GP credits to single guild members DO also work.

Same issue, 5.5.6 cannot award EP at all.

Reverted to 5.5.5 and it was unreliable, eventually stopped awarding EP as well.

Currently unable to use our loot system.

US server, English client. Mods I'm using that might be causing an issue 
include EPGP Lootmaster (is working 
fine) and DBM (boss detection? Not using it, but maybe that's the problem).

Open mass award, select a location, type "1" in award, hit button. No 
announcement, and EP amounts in 
officer nots don't change.

It happened to me as well. EP started after the second award they stopped. I 
tried to 
award manually but it didn't work. Clicking the mass award button didn't do 
anything. I 
had another officer do the EP afterwards. When I tried to reproduce later, it 
worked fine.
