Log entries have minute granularity. This causes problems with EPGPWeb #532

Log entries have minute granularity. If they are the same (same amount, to 
same person) EPGPWeb cannot distinguish between them. It would be nice if 
the addon changes the timestamp a bit to make them unequal.
