awards when using the whisper standby feature.

Can you elaborate? Configure it in what sense? What do you want to customize?

It would be nice to be able to write the complete text myself.
For instance, I'm in a Swedish only-guild, so we could have the message in 
Swedish to avoid complications.
And if the guild is aware of how standby-whisper works we could short down the 
message to only "Raid in progress, whisper me for standby EP".
