Functionality for receiving SNMP traps #3

Is there any interest or need in adding functionality to listen for SNMP traps? Maybe that's beyond the scope of this package but currently I haven't been able to find any other NodeJS packages that seem to still be maintained. I'd even be interested in implementing it myself if there's any interest in having that as part of this package.

Sorry for posting late due to busy work. Traps were not included in this package but it's been a long time. Now the application should change.
