Update registration deadline, 28 March #295

The chat message about this said registration until the end of March, and Indico seems to say 28 march. I was confused when I saw the website said 6 March, so thought I would submit this.

Review: is this correct? Is 6 march the early-bird deadline? I don't know for sure.

Hi Richard,

The early bird registration closed already in January, but the "regular" registration deadline for the conference has been postponed to 28 March. Thanks for updating this. :)
