Offline syncing bug #59

When offline, it appears like the save & upload function breaks. After I reconnect, the audio file does not update to reflect that it has been uploaded. I'm unsure if this is a UI issue or that the file has truly not been uploaded when reconnected.

I could reproduce the error, seems to be within Hoodie, investigating ...
