Feature: add support for "--trust-server-cert" #10

Subversion v1.6 supports a new command line option "--trust-server-cert" to
prevent the prompt normally received when connecting to a server with a
self-signed SSL certificate. I suggest that SvnRevisionLabeller be modified
to allow this as an optional switch. I have attached the patch to support
this functionality.
