What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. copied the .dll to the /server
2. add conf.
3. started CCNet
4. CCNet does not start
5. Tried removing conf, same result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CCNet to start

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CCNet 1.5, latest svnrevisionlabeller, win2k8

Please provide any additional information below.

This is caused to older referenced libs (i.e. NetReflector.dll) Download the
source,
change the reference to point at the updated 1.5 versions and recompile (in
ccnet\server folder). That worked for me.

Recompile works!

Maybe the author can provide a recompiles version?

While I'm not the project owner, I have contributed code before; here is the
svnRevisionLabeller v2.0.1 (latest) package with updated binaries and readme.txt
compiled against CC.NET v1.5 RC1. David is probably simply awaiting the final
release
of v1.5 before updating the svnRevisionLabeller official release packages.

Hi, friendly project owner here! At the moment, I'm mostly working on TFS, so I
don't have many opportunities to
go near CC.NET. Once 1.5 has finalised, I might be able to have a go at it, but
for the moment, give fezguy's
update above a go.

Finally got to work on a CC.NET server again after several months on TFS, so I
can address this issue
