Add `pt` (Portuguese) translations #267

This pull request adds European Portuguese translations to the user interface. Tried my best to ensure that nouns and verbs can also be understood by users looking for Brazilian Portuguese.

Changes:

Added pt/index.json with full translations of the application's UI text.
Translations were made in European Portuguese (Portugal), which will also suffice for Brazilian Portuguese, hence why pt and not pt-pt or pt-br was created and added to the list of languages.
