Fixes #195

Track non-SVG images with the svg manager, solely for file watching
Fire an event whenever a tracked file changes
Add an event handler that refreshes all the images
Update the Controller interface and BaseController class to require public refreshImage() and refreshTitle() methods

This works great for SVGs but due to a bug in StreamDeck it does not work for PNG/JPEGs.
