Add support for callsign history on station status actions #236

Fixes #235

Support up to four last received callsigns instead of a single one
Auto-age off last received callsigns after five minutes

This is a breaking change. Existing actions that use the old "Show last received callsign" checkbox will need to be configured again using the slider instead.
