Remove auto-update from the tagboard #56

The Tagboard widget is checking every 15 seconds to see if there are new posts to include. Very wasteful and may draw Tagboard's attention when we go live.

I added the documented attribute to remove the auto-update, but it had no effect. I presume we'll have to contact Tagboard support. :-(
