update `angular-ui-router` name to `@uirouter/angularjs` #91

angular-ui-router name has been changed to @uirouter/angularjs, and it causes apps that using redux-ui-router to crash.

@najafsen Thanks for your contribution. I have done the updates you suggest here on the release branch for the ui-router 1.0. That branch has a bunch of other changes ready for the 1.0 release. I will merge this into master and release the 0.7.1 package shortly. Thanks again!
