The reliable delivery requires a "thankyou I'm responsible for the reading" from the server. First defined here https://github.com/ODM2/ODM2DataSharingPortal/issues/485 201 Created

Per https://github.com/ODM2/ODM2DataSharingPortal/issues/688 this might be expanded to 202 Accepted

This is tested and released on a couple of devices. It still needs verification of ODM2 staging environment.
