Provide a default for bundler_path and rspec_path #6

Provides a default of /usr/local/bin for bundler_path and rspec_path. I still don't understand how to determine in advance what these should be for a given use-case though.

Feel free to reject the PR if this is the wrong approach by the way.
i guess by default it assumes that it is available on the normal $PATH. I appreciate currently it is not that easy to use and things don't work with the default settings so need to make a better experience when using initially.
