Can html/test.php be removed?

Oops, yes. Forgot that was even there.

Thanks @dajamu for working on the improved user interface.

I have created v1.5 branch to merge these commits into to allow further modifications to be made before merging with the master branch.

Please feel free to make any more pull requests against the v1.5 branch (if needed).
