Updated for Windows 10 PowerShell, WSL, and cmd.exe #17

Addressing #16 . This check-in is a major rewrite of most parts. New screenshots to match the updated scripts. There is also a screenshot for the default PowerShell configuration so that you can compare them with the Solarized updates.

The warning was good to add. It was easy to merge.

This is awesome! Thanks this for doing this cleanup.

I scanned over the changes, and they look good. However, it's been years since I've done any powershell so take my (lack of) feedback with a grain of salt.
