Update to config schema to fix the plugin settings #10

I noticed that if you changed the name in the plugin settings UI it removed the IP address and also only allowed one box to be changed so this fixes that. Changes tested locally on my instance.

I have also updated the readme to include this info and also show how to add multiple boxes as raised in https://github.com/neilpatel121/homebridge-skyq-tvremote/issues/5

Hey mate, I’ve assigned to you access to the repo since you more active than I’m am, great contributions by the way instructions are proper detailed. Do you have npm account id I can assign you access there, so you can publish new versions if required.

Hi, I do and the account name is the same as GitHub. I am not really a developer however but happy to help if I can with small changes, documentation, testing etc.
