Add a color gradient package to the repo

Unless you feel strongly about keeping your coloring function, I think it'd be nice to move over to javascript color gradient to do the weighting of the colors for us. I think there's a dependency conflict, but I'll try to figure it out.

using a package called chroma, and I haven't fully figured out the settings for the perfect gradient yet. Old is on the left, new is on the right. EDIT: I tweaked it from these screen shots

I think it'll be better for leaderboards like this since we can have more differences between 99 percentile and 90 percentile

Standings are a bigggg change. I'm not sure why I'm sending this issue so many screenshots. I think I'm trying to convince myself. I do think standings look better a little lighter and only using black text
