Last Updated timestamps

• [ ] Add timestamps to the player & team stats databases with an alter table statement (do default current timestamp - it doesn't matter what the old ones are as long as the max is kept)
• [ ] put last updated time onto team pages (auto generated naturally)
• [ ] change player pages to display auto generated timestamps rather than manual updates. (@neilpl24 the eternal burden will soon be lifted - no more one liner timestamp commits!!)
