Create New "Home" Page #17

Finish the "SlideShow" page to be the new home page. From my conversation with Ben regarding layout:

Basically melding those two templates together would be cool. I like the carousel better in general, but having the side tabs and "headings" below will make it easier to navigate around. I like the idea of using each heading rectangle for tweets, summaries, etc. Maybe have each rectangle dedicated to a specific task (Map Rectangle, Tweet Rectangle, etc) just so they don't all end up being tweets (because that'll be updated the most frequently).

This is in the works and hopefully will be done soon
