Support multiple email addresses on users #2193

Users can have multiple email addresses. When a user_con_profile is created, they have to select the active email for that specific convention, which can be changed in their con profile settings.

This would theoretically work, but adds a good bit of complexity to user management and authentication for what I think is an edge case. My inclination is to say no to this, but if anyone else has opinions I'd like to hear them.
