Feature: Deploy Own Instance of Github Readme Stats

ok apparently i deployed a vercel instance api to serve us the svg stat cards for the profile readme but i wasnt even using them all this time lmao :clown_face:

also since we moved all our projects to designated orgs for better organisation, and our user account is like literal empty. forking all our repos back with the default settings of the gss instance wont count them, so we have our own with our personal take on it to make em count in our fetchers for the top lang stats card api to also count our forks.

deleted the useless vercel instance i deployed years back, cuz its outdated. deployed a new one with a new pat token so its fresh :wink:
