Automatically tests for ifort on Linux (Ubuntu).
For the moment, the CI with intel on other OS or with nvidia for Linux are commented. They fail to compile either part of stdlib (nvidia) or there is a Windows linking issue. It'll eventually need to be investigated but definitely not really high on the priority list for the moment.
